The scope includes ensuring correct sizes, colors, designs, and quantities, embroidery of the Map Water logo, compliance with technical specifications and standards, delivery to Map Water premises, packaging, and protection during transportation. The supplier must also be responsible for replacing defective or incorrectly sized items and providing necessary documentation such as data sheets and certificates of conformity.
