The project involves supplying, delivering, demonstrating, and providing ongoing training and support for communication assistive devices, specifically hearing aids, accessories, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. The devices include digital BTE hearing aids for moderate-severe and severe-profound hearing loss, with specific technical requirements for gain, programs, channels, IP rating, feedback management, noise reduction, and directionality. Each device must be supplied with an earmould, earhook, batteries, dry aid kit, and a carry case.
