The service provider will review, support, and help implement the CSOS's employee wellness function over three (3) years. The scope covers programme review and policy support, on-site clinic services, HIV/AIDS and communicable disease programme, life skills, stress management, and work-life balance, programme coordination, wellness days, core EWHP activities, scope of personal concerns, and access and service standards. Services are to be provided on an as-and-when-required basis.
