The service provider will provide co-sourced internal audit services for the Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF) for a period of three years. This includes developing a rolling three-year strategic IA plan, an annual operational IA plan, and conducting audits in line with IIA standards. The provider will also assist management in maintaining effective controls, provide skills transfer to the in-house team, and report on audit findings and progress to the Audit Committee and relevant management.
