In short

The service provider will be required to conduct independent forensic or other investigations where there is suspected misconduct, bribery, fraud and/or corruption, or following a compliant laid via the whistle blower's hotline or other reporting channels, on an ad hoc basis. This includes applying investigative strategies, writing and presenting comprehensive investigation reports, determining if irregularities occurred, identifying responsible parties, quantifying losses, establishing how financial transactions were managed, recommending appropriate action, identifying internal control weaknesses, utilizing technology for data analysis, and supplying assistance as may be required by PPECB.
