The university or accredited service provider will be required to design, develop, and deliver three (3) Executive Development Programmes over a three (3) year period for sixty (60) senior managers of the dtic. This includes developing assessment tools, customising training manuals, creating a detailed implementation plan, and providing training manuals, assessments, and laptops for facilitators. The service provider will also be responsible for compiling and submitting an evaluation report and providing certificates of competence.
