Is my first application free?+
Yes. Every new account gets one free tender application. If the tender closes before you submit, the free application is returned to you. After that, an application is R150 on the free plan, or included in a monthly plan.
Do you submit the bid for me?+
No. You download the pack, sign it and submit it to the buyer yourself, the way the tender asks — online, by email or by hand.
Does the AI write my whole bid?+
On paid plans the AI writer drafts your cover letter and the answers to the tender's questions from your profile and documents. You review and edit every section before it goes in the pack. On the free plan, the pack has your forms and documents, and you write the answers yourself.
Will it make claims my business can't back up?+
No. It writes from your profile and documents. If your documents don't support a claim, it leaves the claim out and tells you, in your workspace, what would support it.
Can you price my bid?+
No. Your price is your decision. The final review lists it among the things only you can decide. Once you have priced your bill of quantities, the free BoQ check at getquicktenders.com/boq-check finds unpriced lines and sub-totals that don't add up.
What if my documents are expired or missing?+
The workspace tells you which ones, before you download. If you need a registration or certificate done, our Secretariat team can handle it for you.
