In short

The Presidency wishes to appoint a Panel of Prestige service providers for the supply and delivery of groceries to The Presidency at designated facilities in the relevant provinces for a period of three (3) years. Successful bidders may qualify for one, some, or all four Specialized categories: Lot 1: Dry Goods, Groceries, Dairy, Frozen Foods and Beverages; Lot 2: Fresh Fruit and Vegetables; Lot 3: Fish and Seafood; Lot 4: Meat and Poultry. The service providers must be capable of responding to purchase orders at short notice and have reliable suppliers and access to cold chain infrastructure, and logistics capacity to ensure uninterrupted supply.
