The purpose of this Scope of Work is to repair leaking shower traps and associated waste pipework in the existing bathroom facilities. The works include removal of the affected floor finishes, replacement of defective traps and pipework, testing of the drainage system, and reinstatement of the floor finishes. The works shall be carried out in a professional manner to ensure that the repaired shower facilities are fully functional, watertight and suitable for continued use, while minimising disruption to the occupants of the facility.
