Appointment of a Service Provider for Internal Communications Measurement and Evaluation

The service provider will be required to assess the effectiveness of existing internal communication channels and platforms, measure employee engagement, evaluate message reach, understanding, and recall, identify communication gaps, benchmark performance, and provide recommendations. They will also implement measurement tools to assess SANParks' current internal communication platforms and measure staff reach on an ongoing basis. This includes diagnostic assessment, developing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework (quantitative and qualitative), and evaluating internal communication channels.
