The South Cape TVET College requires a service provider to supply, license, and support a cloud-based Integrated Student Analysis System. This system will integrate with the existing Coltech student management system and support various student functions including placement, assessments, career guidance, academic and disability support, satisfaction monitoring, exit support, and alumni tracking. The system must comply with DHET requirements, facilitate data analysis and reporting, and ensure data security and confidentiality as per POPIA.
