APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS AT THE SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL

In short

The service provider will be required to perform security duties including acting as authorized officers for access control, requesting identification, declaring dangerous objects and contents of vehicles, and allowing examination. They will also perform access control duties such as recording visitor details, ensuring SANC staff use the Biometric System, recording after-hours visits, logging events, advising on security risks, managing traffic flow, and enforcing parking plans. Patrol duties include regular patrolling day and night, using a patrol monitoring equipment, protecting staff and property, checking installations, identifying intruders, checking perimeter fences, securing outer doors, windows, and gates, and checking for fire and safety hazards.
