The Municipality intends to procure the services of a suitable and accredited service provider for the Supply, Support, Maintenance and Management of a Back Office Traffic Contravention Management System with supporting law enforcement technologies. This service will be to provide a fully integrated speed enforcement system, and number plate recognition system with support services to the Municipality's core Law enforcement Directorate. The service provider must provide all the equipment and services to successfully ensure that the administrative duties and functions related to law enforcement are comprehensively complied with.
