The scope of services required is the statutory maintenance of pressure vessels and boilers at SABS sites for a period of 36 months. This includes annual or ad-hoc visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing, hydraulic pressure testing, and ensuring compliance with design, manufacturing, and safety standards. The service provider will also prepare detailed inspection reports, assist in enforcement actions, and supply any necessary pressure equipment spares.
