The scope of work involves the assessment, reinstatement, configuration, testing, commissioning, monitoring, support, and maintenance of the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure's existing Unified Communication System (UCS) and associated voice services. This includes restoring the voice environment to operational service, retaining existing phone numbers, and providing reliable internal, inter-site, inbound, and outbound voice services. The project also requires the supply and installation of a new point-to-point wireless link and nine receptionist telephones.
