The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning services at the Bloemfontein Supreme Court of Appeal for a period of 36 months. This includes dusting, cleaning of open areas, blinds, doors, glass/windows, entrance and reception areas, offices, meeting rooms, board rooms, tender rooms, main hall, interview rooms, training rooms, executive board rooms, cash halls, floor maintenance (stone, concrete, paving, wooden, block-floors, rugs, carpets, vinyl, linoleum, asphalt, rubber), elevators, furniture, interior walls, ceilings, stairs, toilets and ablutions, kitchens, rubbish removal, parking areas, garages, loading zones, basements, and general cleaning responsibilities. The contractor must supply all necessary labour, materials, equipment, and machinery.
