In short

The project involves a turnkey solution for the repairs and refurbishment of the Transido in Ngcobo. This includes site clearance, alterations, masonry work, addressing a burnt-down unit, waterproofing, roof repairs, ceiling repairs, carpentry, metalwork, floor coverings, paintwork, plumbing and drainage, external works (including subsoil and stormwater drainage, rainwater harvesting, tank stands, perimeter security fencing, and access gates), and repairs to the existing electrical system. The goal is to deliver a safe, functional, and compliant refurbished facility.
