The project involves the removal of existing roof waterproofing (750 m²) at The Playhouse Company Head Office Building, Durban. This includes stripping the old membrane, preparing the substrate, and applying a new Derbigum 4 mm torch-on membrane. The work also includes correcting falls, repairing outlets, and applying two coats of silver reflective paint.
