Provision, operation, and maintenance of a 10G LAN PHY L1 Transparent Wavelength Circuit Service between SANSA Hartebeesthoek and Teraco Isando for a period of five (5) years. The circuit must be end-to-end, fully diverse from the existing SEACOM route, supporting jumbo frames, macsec, and other upper network layer protocols. The service provider must also provide RFC 2544 and BERT test reports.
