The scope of work involves providing integrated ICT solution services for the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex. This includes assessing the current ICT infrastructure, producing a gap analysis and ICT roadmap, defining requirements, designing target architecture, supplying and implementing software and cloud services, data cleansing and migration, configuring reports, conducting testing, delivering training, providing maintenance and support for Sage software, offering cloud backup and recovery services, transition-out assistance, acquiring tools of trade, and providing end-user support. The contract period is 3 years.
