PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE HITACHI NETWORK MANAGER ADMS

The Employer is seeking the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced support and maintenance service provider that will provide system support and maintenance services to the Employer in respect of its Hitachi Network Manager ADMS. The services include maintenance (security patches, hotfixes, software releases, troubleshooting, development, system health audits) and support (incident management, system access, technical support, error tracing, reference system maintenance, data engineering best practice advice, and optional training courses). Service levels for response times to reported incidents are defined by severity classification (C1 to C4).
