SAQA seeks to appoint a panel of legal service providers to offer legal services on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months. Services include regulatory support, legal advice on NQF Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and other SAQA-related legislation. Providers will also offer comprehensive legal services in litigation, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, constitutional and administrative law, and labour law.
