In short

The project scope for the Joint Monitoring Team (JMT) encompasses project oversight, contract monitoring and administration, technical oversight, and quality assurance functions to support the implementation of the Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) program. The JMT shall carry out all professional activities and validate the quality of work to successfully deliver the projects within the specified project duration and budget.
