The appointed Quantity Surveyor (QS) will provide professional quantity surveying and project cost management services for the refurbishment of the N&R building. This includes assessing building conditions, preparing cost estimates and plans, assisting with tender documentation (BOQ, pricing schedules, scope of works, tender specifications, contract documentation), supporting the tendering process, monitoring and controlling project costs, overseeing site work, reviewing contractor payments, attending project meetings, providing progress reports, and assisting with project close-out activities.
