The National Credit Regulator (NCR) seeks to appoint a service provider to perform job evaluations for a period of 3 years. The services will be rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Service Level Agreement and Annexure A (Terms of Reference/Scope of Work). The agreement covers aspects such as duration, delays, penalties, termination, payments, limitation of liability, conflict of interest, intellectual property, confidentiality, force majeure, taxes, breach, dispute resolution, and legal notices.
