The Competition Commission requires the implementation of a fully independent network infrastructure and separation from DTIC-managed network services. The solution must provide a secure, highly available, scalable and independently managed network environment capable of supporting approximately 250 users, with sufficient capacity for anticipated growth over the next five to ten years. This includes core network design, supply, installation, security services, network services, and required solution architecture.
