The Service Provider will be entrusted with the Road Accident Fund's (RAF) confidential, private, personal or sensitive information. The Service Provider must implement technical and organisational security measures for document handling, transportation, record keeping, retrieval, storage, access control, fire suppression, physical security, network security, data protection, and cybersecurity. This includes secure protocols, encryption, incident response plans, and oversight of subcontractors.
