Uchakide Road upgrade, gravel to surface - Ward 45

In short

The project involves the upgrading of uChakide Avenue in Kwa Mashu, Ward 45. This includes various civil engineering works such as site clearance, drainage improvements (culverts), bulk earthworks, kerbing, layerworks and surfacing, and reinstatement of foundations. Specific tasks include clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfilling, supply and installation of concrete and HDPE pipes, manhole construction, kerb and channel installation, road pavement layers, prime coat application, asphalt layers, and concrete works for vehicular access.
