In short

The Service Provider shall supply, maintain, and service hygiene equipment including touch-free SHE bins, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, auto flush for urinals, air freshener dispensers, seat wipe dispensers, toilet paper roll holders, and wastepaper bins at the Victoria West Magistrate Office for 36 months. This includes installation, regular maintenance, servicing, repair/replacement of faulty equipment, and provision of consumables. The equipment remains the property of the Department of Public Works.
