Evaluation Criteria

In QuickTenders, Evaluation Criteria are the scored criteria read from the tender — each criterion with its points — used to structure your Technical Proposal so that the evaluator can score it criterion by criterion.

Where a tender publishes a scoring rubric, the Technical Proposal is written one subsection per criterion, in the buyer's order, and the Submission Pack carries a cross-reference table from each criterion to the section that answers it.
