How to submit your bid after QuickTenders

The Submission Pack is yours to lodge. What to do between download and the closing time, by submission method, and what to record afterwards.

~1 min read · Updated 16 September 2026

QuickTenders assembles the Submission Pack; lodging it with the buyer is yours to do. The pack is one PDF: cover and contents, your written response, the buyer's forms, and your supporting documents with an index and absolute page numbers.

Before the closing time

  1. Open Final Review and clear what you can. Anything left under "what you must provide" — a signature, a declaration, a date — is done on paper or in the PDF after download.
  2. Download the pack. Under Review Required, acknowledge the open list first.
  3. Sign. Every form that needs a signature, in the capacity your declared signatory holds. Initial pages where the buyer asks for it.
  4. Complete by hand any form the pack carries blank — the buyer's own forms are supplied as the tender provides them.
  5. Check the pack against the tender's checklist. Some buyers want original certificates, certified copies, or a specific number of copies.

By submission method

MethodWhat to do
Bid boxPrint, sign, bind or file as required, seal in an envelope marked with the tender number and description as the tender instructs, and deposit in the stated bid box before the closing time. Get a receipt where one is offered.
EmailAttach the signed pack (as a PDF) to the address the tender names, with the tender number in the subject, before the closing time. Keep the sent email.
Portal (eTenders or the buyer's own)Upload the signed pack in the portal's format, complete the portal's own fields, and keep the confirmation.

After you submit

Confirm I've submitted this in the workspace, and upload the buyer's receipt or your sent confirmation for your records. QuickTenders keeps the pack you downloaded — its fingerprint is recorded — so you can always name the exact document you lodged.

Frequently asked questions

Can QuickTenders lodge the bid for me?
No. QuickTenders never sends a bid to a buyer. You lodge it by the method the tender allows, and confirm in the workspace once you have.
