Final Review

Final Review is the check QuickTenders runs before you download a Submission Pack. It lists what QuickTenders completed, what it recommends, what only you can decide, what you must still provide, and anything that would stop the bid.

A pack with no open items is Submission Ready. A pack with open items is Review Required — you can still download it after acknowledging the list, and the acknowledgement is recorded. A tender that has closed is Blocked. Per form, Final Review shows whether it is physically included, populated, awaiting your action, completed and signed — five separate facts.
