The Pricing Decision is your recorded commercial offer for a tender — the basis (lump sum, rate, commission, priced schedule) and the figure — which QuickTenders never proposes for you.

QuickTenders shows comparable awarded contracts as market context where it holds them, labelled as context. The pricing narrative in your bid is written only once your decision is recorded, and a bid without one is listed in Final Review as needing your decision.
